Solid session, very happy with the numbers today. Deadlifted in the middle of the gym again but used bumper plates so management wouldn't be upset lol. The weight kept rolling around and couldn't add another 5 so tied them to the bar. Dat dere conjugate.
Could have gotten away with calling the DL @7.5 and Bench @8 but ehh.
Also, could anyone help me out with some hip internal and external rotation issues? One of my legs is drastically worse than the other and it's causing some problems. Tried some chit I found online and doesn't seem to help much.

Lol at that set up.. Don't you feel awkward when pulling/squatting bumper plates after using competition plates all this time?

Week 20 of Bulk
Last week before taper. Talked to Izzy and competing in February probably isn't a good idea unless I go in there as a 93 casually. Not sure how I feel about it. Very likely to do a meet in July though.

First time using above 400 in the squat for a training session. Was really hyped to kill it today and starting session hip and knee was bugging me. Still got the work done though with a lot of stretching. I felt like I had no control even with cueing of my back angle collapsing and knees coming in no matter how hard I pushed out. I think it is a musculature issue from here on. Going to talk to Izzy about it. Bench didn't move as well as I'd like, but still satisfied with it.
Did GHRs finally. Going to try and get good at these again.

One of the better sessions man. Used cue 'long arms' after that JP vid today, worked well. 280x1 is a PR as I failed that ~6 weeks ago last test. This was with very honest commands as well. Felt confident I could hit the double but that ever so slight loss of tension on the bar makes it a guaranteed fail at this percentage. Going to talk to Izzy about that. Huge PRs all around though. 500 deadlift next week?!

Woke up the day of my test sick. Couldn't really hold a brace that well but had to go in and try these anyways. Not the numbers I wanted but just the way she goes sometimes. I'm confident I'd kill all these weights when not sick but what can you do. Also, morning bw 180.2 after cheating on Thanksgiving day? Wtf?
