Down with the esters, huh? Interesting move, but likely good on the marketing/research end until more data comes forward.
So, what's up 5-6? Just needed you to know I was here!

With you, I find the whole mental image of "licking ice-cream" very wrong. How you doing, Farang?
Yeah, I was in a lethargic and depressed state when I got the approval from iForce. I talked with the doctor, he said to stay away from such things. I negotiated with him, he said okay. But then my conscience set in, and well, here I am!
Pleasure to have a guy like you hear.

This pain is something like I never had before, I can't really specify it. It is a cramped and tight feeling, but it isn't sharp like I pulled it. It is also restricted to the superior lateral area of my knee.
Speaking of stretching, (Yes, I am gonig to get laughed at), I was talking to the trainer of the Huskie football and hockey teams. I told him I was getting into rugby sometime in the future, and he said I should take up yoga to improve my flexibility. It is an idea that I am toying with.

I love yoga, I take a class once a week at my gym. There are a lot of guys in the class, so don't feel intimidated about taking it. If you are that is! I really helps you get flexible, and you can bring that over into a lot of ummm more interesting areas in you life...

I think it is too late for that.
No real idea of what position I will play.
Sweet! The university gym here offers free yoga classes for students, so I might as well tap into that resource. Can't say I am intimidated to take it. It will be an interesting experience though (the yoga and not having it carry over to other aspects of your life)

Energy and Focus:
Piss poor. Can't wait to actually start the WF to help aid in this problem.
Stamina and Endurance:
Pumps and Vascularity: Was actually oddly vascular, but no real pumps though. This should change when I get my WF.
Amount of Sweating: About average
Rating of Workout: 6.0/10
Ramblings and Thoughts:
DOMS in my traps and back from yesterdays workout.
Thoughts on why this is such a ****ty workout: I believe I am starting to find the time for my pre-workout meal to digest and do everything it needs to do. This time I allowed only an hour before my workout. With yesterday's workout there was about an hour and half between the meal and the lifts, this happened by some minor things coming up. I am thankful it happened. So from here on in I will try and allow 1.5 hours between my pre-workout meal and the actual workout. However, this might change if am working out later in the day.
Time of Workout: 10:00 - 10:40 am
Water Consumed During the Workout: ~1.5 L
Pre-Workout Meal
1 bowl of oatmeal
1 nectarine
1 scoop of whey
1 glass of OJ
PWO Shake
2 scoops of whey
1 cup of oatsLast edited by 5-6; 08-04-2007 at 10:44 AM.

Ehhh, everyone has an off day here and there. I like the idea on the preworkout meal. I have found 1.5-2 hours before I workout is the best time to have my preworkout meal. This gives my food plenty of time to absorb, plus I have alot of energy for the lift and dont feel full from just eating.

No worries, they can't all be an A+ or a 10/10. Sh*t I probably have at least one lame workout every week. They key is to remember it and use it as motivation so that you don't repeat it again, whether it means something about your day has to be adjusted so that you can have a better workout or whatever, just make it better next time.
There that's all the motivation I have today, I have to keep some for myself...Every man is the builder of a temple called his body.

SteelEdge my friend by Athletic Edge Nutrition. It's good stuff man as I'm sure BJ knows now to. WF will take care of you though I'm sure.
I like how you brought up the psychological part. I really think this has a lot to do with a successful workout. If you're not up for a hard workout or you don't feel like lifting, this can have a profound effect on the results. That said, I have had some of my best workouts when I have had to drag myself to the gym.
I had a workout like that last weekend. It was a horrible workout. Weight I would usually rep for 7-8 sets only went up for 3 and all around was just crap! Didn't even post in my log. Then I hit some PR's on Squats and Leg Presses the next workout. You're find though you always have good intensity, atleast it is out of your system now before you get FLOODED!NBA and NFL superfan

I think there was a minor psychological aspect playing with me. But the overall problem was physiological.
Well, I am flattered to know that you thought that I was perfect.
Thanks for the suggestion, Biceps. I will keep it in mind
Couldn't agree with you more about the psychological aspect of it. And it is funny how the body responds when you don't feel like working out. Same thing happened to me one day, it was 7:00 am in the morning, had the worst sleep, felt sick, and I broke a PR on bench press, squats and deads.
Welcome, Steve. And thanks.
