Cardio down and food up to 2800 cals a day. Body hasn't gone to chit yet and weight stabilized about 1lb up from cut low. Das it mane. Will see how much it jumps when I completely cut cardio in next two weeks.

Definitely staying leaner than I used to if I stay natural. But still want to try to get stronger.

last time i flat bench was 7 months ago,but i did db flat bench sometimes,but i've read that incline also hits all of your chest so not sure if it's worth doing flat bench

there was a dude at my old gym years ago, always worked out in a sweatshirt and sweated up everything. he was one of the reasons i quit going to that gym. he was a nice dude too, was just very disgusting at the same time.
