Update for last night:
Mustard/maple chicken was effing amazing. Like, seriously AMAZING. Also had baked vegetables on the side along with whole wheat pasta that was 17g of protein per serving (eff yeah!)
Anyway, this "fast" is killin it... to the point where I need to remind myself I'm only taking in about 700 cals during the day time, so tonight I'm gonna spoil myself with some Moe's (Chipotle is too far away). Kinda excited to update pics and stats on Monday but don't want to spoil anything ahead of time. Quarterly stats and pics will be awesome.
Moving on with....
Thursday:
Broke IF with another ON cake batter shake with simply smart milk. Still crazy delicious and making this process a lot easier than previously anticipated.
Plan for day:
Move legs to tomorrow since these concentration lifts are coming with lower set volume to combine with arms and have a bigger "test flow" day. Walk a couple miles and run a couple more. Have another shake around 4 and then grab Moe's Joey steak burrito for dinner (http://www.moes.com/food/nutrition/calculator/) along with their chips but a cherry coke zero to drink. Will feel like cheating while still on a deficit lulz.

Straight bar curls 3x10
Skull crushers 3x10

Weighted incline abs x 51
Preacher curls 3x10
Tri push-downs (rope) 3x10
Post workout shake 2 scoops of ON (strawberry banana bought with the cake batter and hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngh also for this) and creatine.
Tonight for dinner: Another shake :/ Gonna be starving by solid meal tomorrow night

Quarterly Updates:
Weight Loss - 11 lbs (was more, but I went to TOWN on some Moo Shu Pork and Sesame Chicken last night, so probably a little bloated too)
Strength Update - Don't know :/ Thanks to shoulder injury can't really "push it". I hope to be able to update this category in 3 weeks at the half way mark though!
And progress photos:

Still a lot of work to go, but a pretty dramatic amount of slimming in my face and mid-section. 11 lbs over 3 weeks is a pretty good pace, but will obviously start to get harder to maintain. Hoping to get low teen bf% by halfway mark so I can press the hard part over the final half.

Monday (start of hypertrophy week):
Flat BB Bench 1x15 and then stopped due to tenderness of shoulder/chest injury and moved to...
Machine Bench 2x15
Cable cross overs 3x15
"Pec Deck" 3x15
Diff chest machine 3x15
Guillotine Press 3x15
Shoulder held up well enough to get a solid chest workout in. Hoping that next week its ready for srs weight again.
Had my 2 shakes so far and planning for dinner: Chicken parmesan (breaded with egg whites, bread crumbs, parmesan chicken and garlic with a serving of smart choice penne all baked with FF mozzarella)

1. Nothing to post for this last one when it's pretty much all machines
2. Haven't been able to lift heavy since early on and I was tracking it then:

3. Revisit the end of this post:

^ that pic gets me every time.
Tuesday:
Just finished a few miles of fasted cardio. Then fixed my 2 scoops ON straw banana whey shake with oats to break my IF.
Still delicious.
Gonna try and take care of some errands and then hit the gym in an hour or so.
Back day in hypertrophy week:
Pull downs (chin grip) 3x15
Seated rows 3x15
Sumo DLs 3x15
Straight bar curls 3x15
Inclined sit ups.
Post workout shake (2 scoops whey, creatine)
Then hit a few more cardio miles.
I'm thinking I'll hit Moe's again for dinner tonight. Damn burrito is delicious and craving it something fierce right now.
