I'm 6'3 196. I used to get 185 for 4 but it got a bit worst after i stopped lifting. I just don't think anything over 205 is happening with my wrist and arm size. I need to get bigger.Originally Posted by Behemoth93

Don't bench...but last time I did was only like 145 x 3 or some ish.
