First off that is very motivational and congrats on the child. There is no words I can explain the blessing of being a father.
Second this is by no means meant to bring negativity to this thread I merely disagree with your training regiment for the average person and specifically ones that are not using hormonal products. Training 3x times daily can easily cause "overtraining syndrome" which has many impacts on the human body. The link below shows a study concerning reproduction concerns (seamen and testosterone levels) that can be impacted by this.

Besides this if you do not properly cut you risk loosing much of your muscle mass using the above training without the use of anabolics.
My point is just like rescuemadden please research on how to cut properly and somewhat healthy. No competition is worth health risks and self education is key to success.Cannabis and synthetic supplements

Today is the last day of the Old me!
I know some people out there have accused others of using "illegal" supplements for their 12 week transformation. I am putting this out there. I will get ripped and lean and I will take ANY blood test, pee test you want me to.
With proper nutrition, training and supplementation you can achieve what you wish. I have seen it over and over again! It is mind over matter. If you are not in it to win... you won't win. If you are in it to win and your fall short... you are 20 steps ahead of where you were. Be proud you took the first step... because there is many people that won't make that step!
There comes a time in your life when you decide to do something for no other reason than believing it is right!
This is my life and I chose to change!
Looking forwarding to the New Years and the NEW ME!
Peace and Happy New Year everyone!

Yes I agree
Yes, I agree about over training.
Depending on how you are training and the intensity of workload, this can be a problem. My true heavy loads were done in the morning workout followed by low intensity cardio. I used a split that would allow me to not train the same body part within a period of 48-72 hour depending on the workload of the muscle in the previous training session for that muscle. I wanted to avoid over training at all cost, but needed to achieve maximum results for a short period of 12 weeks.
At night I would train different body parts than my early session and follow with a strict HIIT session of cardio. Obviously it was almost impossible to train the legs correctly while working so hard on the cardio. I actually hated the way my legs looked in my after pics. I had defined legs, but they were like runners legs and not huge like a bodybuilder. The HIIT allowed me to train my legs and still not completely trash them for the next day. I swear by HIIT if done correctly. HIIT cardio will help you keep the muscle and not burn it all away! If done right!
I did another workout briefly at night after a recoup at home.
If you should chose to have 2 workouts per day, they need to be properly split with maximum workload for minimum times.
None of this is concrete at all times though.......My workout and cardio routine changed almost every couple of days. I was progressing and my routines needed to reflect the stage I was in. My diet changed CONSTANTLY AND SO DID MY WORKOUTS!
If you are not eating right, then this will kill you.....If you are not sleeping right then this will kill you! You need to gauge your training by how your body feels at every stage. You must become one with your body!
Over training is a serious issue and can ruin any chances of muscle growth and sabotage your training. Be careful! That is why the supplements were created, to help you in these various stages and provide added stamina. energy, and recovery.
Trust me it is a fine line, but it can be done with proper and strict guidelines. I guess that's why I needed a coach. Even the best bodybuilders use coaches...to keep them focused and strict!
My training was very complicated and It is hard to write all of the little intricate details....so just ask if you have a question or hire me and I'll help you win this!Last edited by rescuemadden; 12-31-2008 at 11:58 AM.
