Holy **** Blighttown is the worse. The swamp sucks royally, cannot wait to down the boss here and be done with this place.

edit: at least the boss seems fairly easy. If only I could remember that I have to hold the sprint button to run...

Run back to the vendor in the bottom of the sewers. Use the key to open the doors to the left of him.

Well spent all last night on gaping dragon....no luck at all, closest im getting is 50% even after i chop his tail off. And to make things worse, i now am cursed due to a roll instead of a lunging attack, and my weapon is broken.

i dont get it, i found this guy the easiest boss in the game by far. beat him on my first try without him hitting me once.

best strategy was keeping my distance and only went for his ass when he moved, got 3 mayb 4 hits and as soon as i saw him get up i rolled back out of the way. even when he spat all that **** i was pretty far from him so didnt have to worry about that either

EDIT:u should see the undead dragon, now that dragons just an *******, and i havent confirmed it but im pretty sure this is the guy that has the spit attack that destroys ur equipment

Playing Demon's Souls for the first time. For whatever reason if I run the game on 720 or 1080 the picture gets distorted, but on 480 it works. Can you only upgrade your stats and weapons at an archstone (think that it what it's called) Played for like 30 minutes and then died, didn't have the patience to continue again, will pick it up again today.

Hmm what weapons/equip/soul level are you. I killed the gaping vagina my first try and all you really have to do is keep your distance and hit him in the ass when he runs into the walls. Lucky for you, you aren't that far from firelink if you opened up the shortcut in the depths. Just run back to firelink.

For those that don't know, theres a blacksmith in New Londo Ruins right at the start. Go down to where the lady in the cell is that upgrades your flasks and keep going down the steps til you get to an elevator. You will then be brought down to new londo ruins. Theres a blacksmith behind bars in a wall near some stairs.

I was pretty good at demons souls, played through about 8 times. this game definitely is on a different level, maybe I'm just not used to it, but I'm getting my ass handed to me.

I'm all like, oh these undead soldiers are a breeze, oh who's this guy, he looks nice, right before he crushes my face in with one swing.

its a great game this far but holy shiit ive raged at this game so many times already....im about to enter blighttown while cursed..........bad idea? lulz

main reason why is because i dont want to go back through the sewers to get uncursed...thinking about doing it though. but you need to be cursed to kill the ghosts and getting the other bell tower....this game is so massive you get lost easily... :/

I picked it up, and it's one of the best guides, if not the best, I ever bought. Mind you, I haven't bought many. The last one I got was for FFVII

My roommate never understood it though. The whole concept of playing a game so difficult. I did eventually use the cheap way and became a mage and just used magic most of the game though, but I played through it with like 3 different classes.

you dont have to, just go to the merchant weird guy on the bell tower right after you beat the 2 gargoyle boss
he will sell you a curse removal thing for like 3k souls

so tonight, ill be more prepared.

one of the best guides ive seen. hard cover 300+ pages. DEFINITELY worth the 22.49 i paid at gamestop.

I'm level 28, using battle axe +5 (142 damage,) +5 knight shield, and hard leather or black leather armor so i can roll around with ease. Yes i have the shortcut back to firelink,also the lady in the waterway is 6k for the cure, but the bell tower is only 3k and a lot easier to farm for. My stats currently are 24 vit, 20 endurance, 19 str, 10 dext, rest are still at base. I'm under the assumption that my 3 primary stats are vit/end/str. Game is so epic.

mind looking in there to see whos the boss that breaks ur equipment by spitting some **** at u? i have a feelings its the undead dragon but not quite sure, wanna be 100% sure b4 i jump into anything, my armor is one of a kind with VERY high def.

i knew it was either this one or the undead dragon, he spits purple nasty stuff. i recommend using a bow or magic on the undead dragon, theres not enough space for a full on close range fight.

anyone decided on a covenant yet? i like blade of darkmoon and darkwraith because it lets u invade without informing the host hes been invaded, giving u a huge advantage. path of dragon is another good one i think
