    Always Train fasted. 630 am workouts

    Some syntha-6 would be great. Got a little to much protein laying around. Stack is going to get better shortly :P

    My Macros have been on point lately. Fats and carbs are a little over but its ok since Im burning about 500-800 extra calories at work just walking.

    What matz said its wonderful stuff amino x the number one intra I have tried.

    Hyper fx is great for a pre. There is DAA in there a natural test booster. It's pretty sweet if you can handle it

    I was at GNC today,I passed on the Hyper Fx since I still have plenty of N.O left I just picked up a resupply of Syntha 6 and Cellmass,I have about five 1serving packets of Hyper Fx and sample bottle of there Hyper shred..Ill be giving them a whirl on my day off work to see how they make me.
