My thoughts three weeks in!
They're kind of pretty, aren't they?
First, they are pretty easy to take. The vegetable gelatin tends to get more stuck in my throat than regular gelatin, but that's very easy to rectify with extra water. I do not recommend trying to take these without water or minimal water
Overall, I am feeling stronger. The cut was going well until vacation... Lifting schedule suffered a bit from the vacation/family stuff but I'm still plugging away. 10 days away from my next mini-break. Vegas baby!

Woohooo! Yes, definitely on the mental health. I was cutting hard specifically for Vegas, but now that it's 9 days away, the pressure is mostly off. Although I am going to stay on track through the day we leave, so I can splurge while we're there. I'm excited for all the fun things we're going to do (even though it's going to cost $$$$ ) I'll be sure to give a trip report to help you with ideas I do have one tip though already! If you want a cabana/daybed/etc. you should 1. Book it at the MGM Grand because the fee for the reservation is actually your F&B minimum so you have that much $$$ to spend on drinks and food on that day and 2. Book it early. Hubby and I couldn't agree on which one we should book so we didn't book anything, and then the prices more than doubled They are 100% refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance. I wish I had just booked what I wanted back when we started to look. Fortunately, I'm going to guess the prices of food and drink are going to be high enough that we'll still spend the minimum LOL

Happy 1 month!
That's a ton of squats! I did some today as well, but not nearly that many! Your form looks very solid, that always helps!
Have a knee injury? Or just wear the brace for support?
I had a knee injury in 2006, had surgery, etc. Now it's a mental thing when squatting...just have to keep pushing and be confident.

I was supposed to deadlift today, but today was fukkkked. Of course hubs got sick, right before our trip, and some of our trip can't be canceled/changed. He's game to still go, but I'm really working hard to keep from getting sick myself. It doesn't help either of us that we haven't been sleeping well, him because he practically works all night and then comes to bed and wakes me up, and then would cough all night once he got sick. So I'm drinking and taking everything - vitamin C, cissus, zinc, glutamine, wellness formula, you name it. Fingers crossed that I dodge this bullet or this vacation is going to SUCK.
Anyway, I tried to get as much sleep as possible this morning and then since a shipment took an extra 3-4 hours to be delivered, hubs day was 3-4 hours delayed so we had to tag team deliveries and stocking the walk in cooler. I didn't finish until 8:00 pm so no deadlifting today. Maybe I'll get to the hotel gym this weekend, maybe not.
