Last few days have been shyt. Father in law was here and i was off work so all i did was the smolov and some misc other crap.
Week 2 day 2 smolov
75% (265) x5 x7. Easy.
Went for a decently long hike 2 days ago, long enough to be 70 on the bottom of the hill and snow on the top. Lol.
Right arm is still buggin so i skipped the 3x5 pull day. Now i need to sleep and try to get up early enough to catch up on missed weight before work.
Im really liking the results from this insane split with the smolov but if you miss a day it really f's the rest of the week. Lol. I need a big session today.Distal Biceps Tendon tear crew. (07/15/19)

Really strong pressing and pulling session big DE!
Great work on those incline and flat BB presses
Heavy pull-ups and pull-downs as well
Loads of strong volume there, so I don't know how you would have managed another 10 sets!
And I thought that you were starting a bulk now? On 2300 cals?"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Ths fit andYeah 2300 will probly do it for a while of bulking. I wont really get going on it untill about a month when i get this fitness test taken. For some reason i have an itch to beat my old 1.5 mile time of 10 mins 1 second so i need to fightthat off or else i will just be leaning out again.

Strong benching and pulldowns DE. Your probably fine eating a entire pizza once in awhile with all the work you put in.

Thx Raigs, the "golfers elbow" is gonna take some time to heal up. It always has in the past neway,
Thx bro That second rep was a grinder, the middle third of the movement was scary slow but when the tris took over it was all good.
Haha thx man, scary part is i could have eaten a considerable amount more in that sitting. I have a problem with good pizza.Distal Biceps Tendon tear crew. (07/15/19)
