This will be the best offense they've faced so far, while NE get's a better matchup than against Jacksonville's D. The game will come down to how Foles performs under pressure. Recent history isn't on his side in this one.

And against numher 1 D. Its amazing how much regular 1st team reps have helped him. He looked like a deer in the headlights in the reg season.

This was in the nfc championship against the number 1 D, easily the best game of his career

People need to stop throwing that term around like it even matters. #1 D. I've heard all of the Eagles, Jags, and Vikes called the #1 D the past few days. And it got worn out last year with the Pats. Did the Vikes look like a #1 D tonight?

You really need to calm down. Reread what you just wrote... Foles is the reason they didn't looke like a #1 D. OKay. Foles. Has he shown you consistently that he has the ability to destroy top defenses in the league? Exactly. Those boys couldn't stop a nosebleed... against Nick Foles lol.

My point still stands... all of these teams have been called the #1 D. And it doesn't even matter lol. Playoff football is about matchups.

Not my first pick for Super Bowl matchups unfortunately, but oh well here are my thoughts:

Pats vs. Jags:

IMO the Jags had way too much faith in their defensive game plan. It was working in the first half by only rushing 4 but you HAVE to know Belichick is going to make adjustments for that after halftime. Jags came out and ran the same defense/safe offense and it burned them. The only way they were going to get this win was to keep constant pressure on Brady and make him get rid of the ball before he wanted to. With a 4 man rush, it just didn't happen. You can't give Brady time in the pocket, he'll pick apart any defense in the league. The worst thing you can do is let Brady hang around. You have to remain aggressive and put the nail in the coffin.

Anyone arguing Brady isn't GOAT is simply a hater at this point. Facing a deficit in the 4th quarter there is no other QB I'd want leading my team.

Vikings vs. Eagles:

Not much to say here, the Vikings just didn't show up and Philly was aggressive as fuk. Really wondering if they were looking past Nick Foles to the Super Bowl. Hate the Eagles, but have to give them credit for absolutely dominating a team that was supposed to beat them. Nick Foles will probably get paid this offseason again. That short time under Jeff "QB Killer" Fisher, isn't a fair assessment of his talent.
