    yeah, I'm kinda opposite of a lot of people of I.don't do full range. Id touch chest and not lock out vs locking out and not touching chest.

    I touch the bar on my chest now (not bounce it) but I don't lock out, seems to help prevent pain on my elbows. I also bench like a powerlifter now more so than a bodybuilder.
    My goal when I start lean bulking is Incline bench press 365 for 5 reps clean unassisted and work to 3 working sets on that weight.
    Most I've done was 315 for 3 sets of 5, with spotter but I was still sort of bulking then.

    yeah, the top third on all the push exercises feel like it's mostly tricep. So the bottom half is more working the muscle I'm trying to hit, like pec on bench or delt on military press.

    For the last 3 months they've been messing up on my monthly supps shipments, like for this month it still yet to arrive.     sup brahs! back from vacation and at work now. was busy morning catching up but on lunch now.

    sister (inb4 no pics of sister no care) lied about the niceness of the gym, she said it was nice mainly cause she only does cardio and there are new cardio machines there but not a single barbell and db's only go to 75. only ended up lifting there once the whole week since i was pretty discouraged. i also drank and ate like absolute CRAP

    i felt like chit when i landed back in boston friday but did chest saturday and legs yesterday so feeling better now that i'm back in the groove of things.

    time to cut hardcore again, summer is coming
