Thanks!
Btw: back from the gym, best squats ever ("You only squat 80 kg, you ****ing pussy!" - bla bla, I had serious hip problems, so **** off!). I plowed through the sets like there's no tomorrow (with really little rest time in between), and did really well on the leg press afterwards.
Gosh, I think I should always eat like that.

Round 4...Don't hate me
Not sure if anyone else was aware, but where I live we got hit by a 20 inch blanket of snow last night, just as my girlfriend had come over to hang out...And what's better to do during a snowstorm before Christmas than...
Gingerbread house! Chocolate frosting, graham crackers, vanilla frosting, sour twizzlers, sour fruit patches, gummi bears, M&M's, skittles, hershey kisses, peppermints, lifesavers and tootsie rolls! All from scratch mind you...The base is an old box of crackers covered in duck tape : D

Post Plyos/Squats & Leg-Presses
I also had some cardio action going w/ raking the yard. I even set a massive PR (ie first time raking this season).
Anyhoot, currently fixing up some panko crusted pork loins and sweet potatoes of course. Not sure as of yet what cheese will accompany the crust. Then I shall get to finishing up my oatmeal cookie orders.
