I'm creating a controller/GUI for an ROV using dual joystick inputs and various sensors on the ROV.

And freekid and I don't get along. Mainly, I can't stand his thirst and most of his posts. I did try to put up with it for quite a while, but after I had enough, I had enough.

I don't get much motivation from people in the gym. It's a mix of internal motivation and knowing how strong miscers are.

I don't get much motivation from people in the gym. It's a mix of internal motivation and knowing how strong miscers are.

It's a toss up for me seriously. Sometimes I just want to get my routine finished and it puts me in a bad mood that everytime I look up someone is saying " how many more sets you got" or grabbing the db that I need. But most of the time - when the gym is full I get more motivated. I like to see ppl I know there. And it makes me secretly proud when I see elderly ppl there and they are lifting. They also do a dance class there. They teach ball room dances and salsa and merengue and etc. I'm always too chicken to sign up - have to have a partner or get stuck with whoever doesn't have a partner - and all the good partners are already taken in those classes - gnomesayin. But I luv to watch them do those dances too.

I have been lifting almost 3 years. And i lift heavy for me - I guess. It's just that I only lift- rarely do cardio or etc while at the gym because lifting takes up too much time

The only cardio I always do is swimming and biking sometimes. And I use the treadmill occasionally. I always increase my cardio when I start feeling more tired or stressed because of work. Cardio really helps with that

No I don't think so - but you have a big appetite. I do good to eat 3 times a day. Most times I eat once or twice a day max , plus 2 protein shakes a day
