fordømt ... for alltid. tenker på det. prøve å forestille slutten av evigheten. lukk øynene. Lukk øynene og prøv å forestille seg. for alltid. smerte. for alltid.

Got another vid of my snatches which badly need moar critiquing. Soooo many missed lifts, I think I only got it twice. my angus is peppered
dat dere naim suleymanoglu mouth
and can someone please tell me what the actual **** happened during the lift that started at around the 30 second mark? Everything felt so solid, and then for some reason I felt momentum going backwards... looping??
Also idk wtf happend with the camera in that last lift, it wasn't edited during the lift
I know I need to work on my foot position and keep them straighter, get way down in the bottom, keep the chest up, look up, and stay tight. I know there's more though lolLast edited by huntito; 09-17-2012 at 11:54 PM.

You need moar mobility so you can hit that bottom position smoothly.

Do this erryday pre-workout. It works wonders. Seriously this basically cures cancer. Ankle mobility practice erryday. Erryday wrist stretching, shoulder and chest stretching with a lightly loaded barbell holding the rack position and the overhead squat position. The more mobility you have the easier everything is.Last edited by jb4476; 09-17-2012 at 11:59 PM.

I'm not taking any tips from you ******* me n you are sworn enemies now since that 100kg snatch challenge.
lol jk
tbh I actually did these stretches today, and i usually do them every day I train and sometimes on off days too. I couple them with LOTS of stretching with bands, especially in the shoulders and bottom position. I get sweaty as fuark just from stretching in that damn gym lol.
I'm pretty flexible, and I can get in the bottom position pretty comfortably in the FS, BS and C&J, it's just the ****ing snatch that kills me. Once my hands go over my head I go back to retard city...The Long Road to Competition... My olympic weightlifting journal:

tbh I have no idea. I've never done an OHS (besides the bar) without "snatching"/power snatching it up first. Most of the time though when I'm with the bar, I can only get to JUST below parallel and feel comfortable and keep my chest up. I should really start OHS'ing on my off days and working up to 1RM. Probably gonna do this at school and get bert stared like a bish, but **** it, I'll see how it goes.
