progress?
Ok... im full on skinny fat, some of these before pics is see oh here are far from skinny!! I know I got a way to go before i even get to some of the levels you guys were at before you started.
Lifted weights for first time a couple of months ago, just want a little feedback. Is this good progress? what should i be focusing on?

Ectomorph here! Took me years to finally see results. Proud of what I've accomplished in the past year but I've still got a looooong way to go.
From about 155 to a little under 170.

Hi all,im 17 years old,159 pounds and 6 26' feet.I started lifting and i started good diet two weeks ago and gained 1-2 pounds.My problem isn't only in thin body,but i have a small face too and a long neck.I think there is a problem with thyroid gland.I ask everyone who was an ecto like me,do you had these problems?I want to go to the doctor but i dont know,to do it,or not.

First post on these forums, Feel very skeptical about my gains, alot of it does seem to be fat but just trying to get some criticism
This is 6 weeks, from 156 to 184.5, gotten stronger everywhere
Also definitely a little bloated in after picture haha

Thats how I feel, I don't see where all the weight is going, my legs have progressed a lot, my jeans and shorts fit tighter around the thigh area, im sure some of it is fat but i have gone up alot in strength in my quads.
Haha thought id get a few laughs outta those my big bro got em for me in Italy i have like 3 pairs haha

Honestly don't follow a solid diet, I try to eat a lot of pasta and chicken n such, I also make a whey protein shake with some meals to get the protein i need out of each meal.
I try my best to eat 5 or 6 times a day and try to get about 50g of protein and roughly 40g carbs each meal. I really am looking into solidifying and preparing food in bulk so I can get have a more planned out diet though, hope that helps a little.

hey ,
The first pic is from 2008 when i was 18 and the after pics are this year now 23 years old !! 5 years difference between the 2
I didnt start training until i was about 19 and even then i didnt really know what i was doing until about a year and half ago !!
I plan on trying to bulk quite allot soon , i would love to gain about 20lbs on what i have now

ohh i see that is confusing , the name of the file is the 2nd picture was taken 7 weeks into the Kris Gethin plan im doing right now ( currently 9 weeks in ) forgot to change when i posted it on here lol
