So that was my theory when I got my first one. Went full size .30 and used it on 5.56 because versatility.
Then I never got a rifle or upper in a .30.
Now I literally don't own a rifle/upper with a muzzle device that's compatible with that can anymore lol
Because I went with a different company and got two dedicated 5.56 cans because that way the cans are shorter, lighter, and reduce the noise more because they are best suited to their application.
So based on that my inclination now is to say that unless you currently have or are currently buying a rifle in .30 that you would also use it on, just get a dedicated 5.56 if that's all you'll be using it on for now.

If you want to cheap out because BCM is too rich for your blood just do it
Or just buy the BCM upper because they don't really go on sale...'cause they don't need to
been many a year since the "free BCG with upper" that is about all I can remember and I don't ever see that coming back

Does the resident Sig employee have any comments regarding the Sig ammo recall?
P320 drop fires, P365-everything failures, poor QC on ammo...what else was there?

In on Sig hate.
Romeo Zero is a piece of trash, the fact they release that and don’t include the rear irons is a joke.Browns/Indians/Cavs/Buckeyes

Not really sure how I got lucky, but I was able to pick up an SR15 14.5 upper yesterday. Only 12 were available when the drop went live and I happened to just grab my phone a split second before the notification hit. Since the new bolts were released this is only the third drop (all small batches like this) I've seen or heard about. Pretty crazy. Also picked up another SF 3P for it.
I already have three cans processing and with the 19 and two SR15 uppers I now have my big search items are over. The last unobtainable item I want is an SR15 lower (which the 14.5 will go on, in the meantime it will simply share the LMT lower with the 11.5) but I don't see that occurring for a year+ and that's okay.
I do need an optic for the 14.5 and am leaning towards a NF ATACR 1-8. Also considering a Razor. Any other recommendations?Misc Firearms Crew

Lol
Yeah, they're very rare. In the time I've been looking for these two uppers (late last year) I've seen/heard of just one lower drop from a company that supposedly only had one available.
I don't want a KAC lower cuz they're "better" (by all accounts, LMT ambi lowers are superior), I just want it to have a complete SR15 cuz I'm OCD about stupid ****.

Holy cow, the misc exists again! I've been gone over a year, last I checked the forums were updating and I thought the misc was deleted and the MFC gone forever. Ahh letsee quick recap, haven't fired a round since then sitting on my ammo, did a deep clean on the M1A, got married, had 3 hernias repaired, gained pandemic weight, lost 55 lbs, and switched jobs. How haz everyone been?!

Rthoe- are you gonna change the muzzle devices yourself ?
If so, have you been able to procure a knight stick ? Need a special tool to swap them on KAC uppers.
Apparently they are super hard to come by.Browns/Indians/Cavs/Buckeyes
