hello guys, im new to this website, basically im used to weight training, been doing it on and off for the last few years, the trouble was i had this problem with my gall bladder which prevented me from being consistant with my routines, eventually in febuary 2012, i had an operation to remove the gall bladder and had been off the weights programme until 2 weeks ago, im slowly working my way back to my old form and i hope to stay this way and hopefully get bigger and better.
anyway first photo is me from 2 years ago, and through to last picture which was taken two weeks ago.

Good to hear man, I mean my main advice is treat it like practice, switching from running 70 mile weeks to getting to the gym 7 days was an easy transition for me.
Also I'm big on 4 sets of everything and going 12-10-8-6 on reps increasing weight everytime.
Feel free to send me a pm if you want some more specifics I'm always up to offer what my 2 cents on what works for me."Make it Happen"

this is some awesome progress right here. nice! the size you are now is probably what i'm aiming for.
here are some pics of my progress made this year.
the progress pics are from March 2012 - September 2012. Was 120lbs, now 153lbs. Need to lose a fair amount of body fat I think, but I'm quite happy with my progress so far.
(second pic is probably the one which shows the most difference)Gettin' big in China

So far 1 month progress, still getting the basics down, recently suffering a shoulder injury which is bringing me down however I think my progress is coming along fairly nicely. Thanks to everyone who submitted pics on this forum it's great motivation.

Trying to become more active on bb.com. First attachment was me freshmen year of high school, was really skinny, around 100lbs, I'm the one in the middle, and I just got tired of being such a prime example sterotype. I started lifting halfway thru sophomore year of hs, last picture is the most recent, I'm currently a junior in college, about 154lbs, still skinny but def gained a lot of mass.

Might as well throw in my 2 cents, not a very big progress but I'm happy with it.
From December 2011 till September 2012. The Before picture was taken around February right before I actually got my **** together.

i eat as much as i can when its available ( more then I'm used to/comfortable with ) and always get 2~ protein shakes with milk in on gym days ...basically stuff myself as good as i can , but i don't eat that much processed carbs .... pretty healthy diet ...
gym has been 6 days a week , when i take a day off its because my body is screaming at me for rest....
i run once or twice a week ... ride my bike alot ... in the gym , i spend 45 min of heavy lifting .... i never spend more then an hour in gym
thank you for the motivationLast edited by zachzz12; 10-01-2012 at 11:54 AM. Reason: none
