i was looking at old pics yesterday, fukk i had a sick ass physique. i also realized im still fat as fukk atm srs. cant even see my abs really compared to years past

Pre vacation weight won't come back. Only 216 this morning still and by my estimation I look worse than Avi (220ish). Mind is full of fuk.

Only had two sandwiches and a cookie, which totals up to ~1200 cals (yes, checked Panera’s website). Was tasty and still got plenty of cals for dinner! Went better than expected
Fuark, I need to get out of here…NC/SC would be absolutely sickening. 3 season years sound good to me!

haha you have to take into account where I'm at in my cut, I'm not 14-15% trying to get leaner. I can afford to eat off the floor like an animal once in a while. Not going to do it again tho until I reach my goal, then a quick RD and hang around maint for summer. Das it.

I don't understand people who can run. I jog with my dog 4km or so every day, shins on fire; cut down to every other day, shins still on fire. **** running.

Had a chit workout today. At least I got 315 5x3 deficit deadlift but that's still weak af. 20 mins cardio after as well. Planning on eating high prot/low carb and drinking a bit tonight

I been making poverty meals out of walden farms. lightly salted rice cakes dipped in WF pancake syrup. 35cal a cake. also hollow out the center of artic zero ice cream pint and fill with WF chocolate syrup + nuke for ~10 sec. low cal as fuk dessert.ACE CPT | StrongFirst SFG I | Student Physical Therapist
