Lake Mary is nice, we lived there a couple of years, in an apt in Heathrow by the AAA building. Great area, terrible traffic now which sucks. I agree on the kids and too many people now.

paper plates crew. If I have a bunch of stuff to grill, I throw some tin foil down on a big baking sheet and carry it out/in on that. Ain't nobody got time for dishes.
