Thanks. . I'm short on the wilks though so I need to add 10lbs and drop 6lbs on my body weight. . That's like not suppose to happen, but maybe just maybe if the world is right. It's not much either way.

As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....
1. GO BIG OR GO HOME.
2. FORM IS EVERYTHING
3. BREATHE.

For some reason I though the 242 Class only had the first 2 spots filled. I raffed when I realized the guy you just bumped out of 3rd had a 410 bench! I didnt stand a chance anyway! You drop 6 pounds and get that 485, it would be fairly impressive. You made 475 look easy. How did it feel?
You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

That's only good for 3rd? Nice more work to do.
It felt really good. Last week the 465 was easy and I attempted 475 but only got half way up. Was done. This week I jumped 425 to 475 and realized I still have more. On my quest to 500.
I think I can drop the 6lbs pretty easy. I fluctuate about 10lbs any given day. A little spitting will do the trick. LolAs i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....

Well Im not going to be able to make the 132 class not because I cant but for health reasons but oh well. (I was at 138.4 without carb depletion)
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Its cool it still gives the guy a chance. I could easily get in the 132 class if i wanted to suffer a bit. yesterday i weighed in at 138.6 and from past experience i can drop 15 pounds if I totally carb deplete which I could do in as little as 3 days. So if there was a 123 class I could go there which im pretty sure id be the only guy there haha.

tfw waiting for the 148 lurkers to post their lifts so I can determine if it's worth entering. You started this bench comp after I had a 6 month hiatus from benching because my leg was in a brace. The only good thing is my weight went from 171lbs to 148 so I can compete 2 classes lower. In 10 weeks I've increased it from 200-->~245lbs so hopefully I'll get 250lbs+ in 12 days.
lol, I think you'd be pinned by 185lbs if you cut from 220 to 148lbs at 6'3"
