My supper and "dessert" - two last meals of the day. Everything fits within my macros and I've already eaten 3 good meals prior to these.
Tuna, cucumber, carrot, serrano, radish, onion, red pepper with greek yogurt, a lil salt, pepper and some dill wrapped in a weight watchers whole wheat tortilla. Also, 1.5 servings of nacho cheese wheat thins:
Protein cheesecake topped with strawberry "syrup" made from mashed strawberries, packet of splenda, couple drops of lime juice and water brought to a boil:

Another one from the stash (for those unaware: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...post1291695321)
Michel Cluizel - Noir au Cafe
Price: $8.70 CAD
Weight: 70g
Another coffee flavored bar to add to the long list that I've already had. Before talking about the taste, one thing I like about this is that it says "6.5% minimum" beside 'coffee beans' on the ingredient list, which is the first time I've seen that (although it's not really that useful without knowing the strength, or relative comparison to other bars, but still thought I'd mention it).
Anyways, this is quite different than all the other coffee flavored dark chocolate bars (emphasis on the words dark chocolate though, since coffee flavored milk chocolate bars tend to have quite a different flavor profile). Usually the flavoring is strong, dark, and sometimes a bit grainy, with a bitter aftertaste left to linger... but not with this bar. The coffee flavor is mellow and light, and the chocolate is the smoothest that I've had for a coffee flavored bar. It's not nearly as strong or bitter as most others, which despite being on the lower end of dark chocolate (cocoa percentage wise, at 60%), I was still rather surprised.
But is this a good thing? I guess it depends on your preference. I for one enjoy the dark bitterness of black coffee, so this was nice to try, but if I'm buying a bar for the coffee flavor, it wouldn't be my first choice. For those who like a lighter, easier-on-the-tongue coffee flavor but don't want to go as low (%) as most milk chocolates, then I would definitely recommend this. The chocolate quality itself I'd put in the 2nd tier of chocolates that I've personally tried... well above the 'average', but still not quite the 'best'. 7.5-8/10Last edited by cls91; 09-29-2014 at 11:22 PM.

Thanks! I've made it a couple of times in the past, but I rarely have celery and green bell peppers on hand. I wouldn't dare to make this without the trinity . When I have kidney beans, I usually make the Indian version of red beans and rice, rajma chawal. I'm a vegetarian, so no sausage, but I used smoked paprika to round out the flavor.

They are pretty easy to make, a little fickle when cooking. I found if they cooked for more than 2 min they'd start to fall apart
