I saw some info on blade yesterday and was wondering if I should try for that instead of the Post factor... I am currently trying to lose weight and lifting has been the best solution for that so far along with balancing my diet. I have lost around 30lbs and trying to lose about 50 more with a goal weight of around 225-235. I'm sitting at 285 as of last week. Any advice on supplements would be greatly appreciated. Currently only taking preworkout and bcaa's, some whey protein a couple days a week once or twice on those days depending on time(work keeps me busy) usually on days I workout which is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays. I have a great support group who are helping me and pushing me while in the gym. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Blade will certainly assist you but looking at your current and goal weight, you have some time to go before incorporating Blade.
Supplement with dietary protein to help you reach your total daily requirements if needed. If you opt'd for Post-Factor in this thread, incorporate the caloric intake in your total daily intake.
Other products you can consider in this thread can be Vitality, Omega-3, AminoFast, Status, GH Peak... but save Blade for later on.

Thanks GG. Also I do have my hat in for some Post Factor. I was just curious about Blade. I am watching caloric intake and incorporating lots of green veggies(broc****, green beans) into my diet along with baked chicken and fish for the most part(I love a good steak). I know I have a long road and am not looking for the "quick" way around. I appreciate the honest feedback and advice and will take it to heart.
I have posted similar questions a while back on other threads just looking for advice. Most everyone hits on the diet is everything... and there have been some that want me to buy this and take that. I have really evaluated my diet recently and changed portion size along with cooking methods and sides with the main courses(fried to baked, broiled or grilled).
I understand that supplements are just that they help what work you put in and not take the place of. Thanks guys for all the advice. I will put it to use!Wesley

done.
Absolutely. Thanks, Chris.
Take them all!!! Don't even eat food - we got a sup for that too! hahahaha
"[workout] Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays" - I know you've gotten advice about diet is everything, but here's my spin and something to consider. Some random advice in no certain order
- reduce calories by ~200 per day and see how you feel and what result. Do NOT do this if you are already at baseline (BMI) caloric intake. Would be bad.
- keep your fats around .4g - .5g per goal pound of weight. Helps hormonal response. (so ~100g) or at least 75g plus. Don't be afraid of saturated fats (dairy, meat, coconut oil); they are your friend, and you need a spread of fat types (not trans fats ever, but Sat., MUFAs, etc.)
- get 1g /lb lean mass protein. increased protein is primary source for weight loss. People losing weight benefit from increased protein even more than those building mass.
- Eat carbs according to your activity level for the day. Wed, Sat, Sun - try reducing carbs and keep your carb sources to fruits and veggies and a little complex grains like oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice. This will help you lower your overall calories for the week, but still give you energy when you need it.
- increase cardio - but don't decrease calories and increase cardio all in the same week or two. Do one, then try for a couple weeks and adjust accordingly, so that you know what to adjust. When increasing cardio you should not need to increase carbs. You're supposed to be inducing the use of stored energy.
You may have heard all this before, but I hope any of this helps, Wes.“God will not have his work made manifest by cowards†- RWE

Thanks man taking notes on this. I have been recently adding more cardio into the mix on my workouts, trying some before and after. I've got to start measuring my meals and making sure of how much I am taking in. Going to start a diet journal to track my caloric intake and just to get a feel for what I eat and when I eat it. See what should change and what can stay the same.
I repped him as well as soon as I read the reply. I always appreciate good advice over a sales pitch!Wesley
