I'm glad to hear that. I was hesitant to say something about it if I'm being honest because I don't want to bite the hand that feeds you know... I definitely plan to pick some PPK up in the future (just in a different flavor!). Mango pineapple sounds great.

Wasnt home at all over the weekend, the PPK showed up on saturday, just finished my first workout with it and am very impressed. Not sure what Jammer is thinking! I kid I kid, i dont like prekaged at all and everyone else seems to love it...

The cream soda does taste a little like cream soda, obviously it wont taste exactly the same since its not carbonated or anything. About a month and a half ago i injured my wrist and took 3 weeks off. Today was the hardest i have pushed myself since, and felt great the entire time, I always push myself hardest on squat and set a new PR at 352! I know im weak, but its not bad for 170 lb guy that has only worked out like 120 times in my life.

Anyway, really enjoying the PPK, i dont post reviews after only one use so will use Wed and Fri then post review this weekend.

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I started my stint with psmf yesterday, going to need some power, pump kick to get me through my workout today! I've got to say from having had it a few times now... I LOVE the formula but I'm not crazy about cream soda. It's a unique flavor and novel attempt at something different but so far I just can't get behind it if I'm being honest. I've tried with 10oz and 12oz of water so far, I'll add a little more today to see if it helps.

Same boat it's a great product for sure, the flavor wasn't my fav tho. I do look forward to trying the other two flavors at some point. It's a quality pre I enjoy that hits hard everytime. Never jumped on the dmaa wagon so ppk is the kind of quality pre I look for.

Thank for the honest review. That is all we look for in reviews, honesty. Sorry, we do not carry samples of any products. I will say pineapple mango is slept on a lot of the time as is over looked by the cream soda flavor. Pineapple mango imo is on the sweet side and tastes like juice.

I took a product with dmaa in it back in the day and after the few times I took it, I knew it wasn't for me to say the least. I couldn't handle the aftermath lol.

Its not actually banned, the FDA is trying to ban it, for now its still legal.

It's still legal to purchase. The FDA is trying to ban it but no bill has been passed.

It is looking like it will most likely become banned in the near future though so if you are a DMAA fan - I would stock up now.

I'm generally sensitive to stimulants so DMAA isn't anything I plan on. It's taken me about a year to work up to taking 250mg of caffeine at once lol I only use PWO and occasionally have a cup of coffee in the morning though, unlike some people who drink caffeine all day long.

In my opinion - it actually does more harm then good.

There is no doubting the fact that it'll get you wired and energized but it's also going to raise cortisol levels and put a lot of stress on your adrenal glands.

Stimulants are fine in moderation but they aren't something you want to abuse. If you need more then a pre workout that has some caffeine to get you in the gym training, you really need to re evaluate your diet and training program
