First thing, looking juicy rainer looks like the cut is going well.
Strong talks of giving up lifting going on in the past few pages, UK misc I am disappoint. I have always seen the gym/bodybuilding primarily as a hobby which slowly developed into a lifestyle, after getting home from 8-9 hour shift at work I love hitting the gym and feel almost euphoric afterwards and I am much more happy, im not sure about others but I need to hit the gym to feel right... If you don't get this feeling I recommended taking a few weeks off to get the drive back. I haven't had longer then 2-3 days off the gym since I started training seriously around December '11 and have never thought of giving up no matter how depressed/angry I get at things. After all hitting the gym/bodybuilding is a stable part of my life now, just like work/family/gf etc.
On topic, haven't posted in a while, been busy with working overtime etc and applications for the police. I'm around 2 weeks away now from the start of my cutting, going to begin it straight after I have got back from download festival (5 days of straight drinking, don't really see a point starting before then) and am going to do 1 month of low fats and high carbs/protein with just below average calories keeping it strict unlike when it did it before to try and drop 2-3%. After that I will do 2-3 months of calorie deficit before the competition hopefully finally dropping down to around 7-8%..
Posting a picture of me at my heaviest from a few days ago doing a self taken most muscular pose, hitting around 242lbs on the scales yet seem to have dropped 1-2% BF while bulking (dem androgens) ,veins are appearing drastically around neck/lats/chest and arms aswell.

dhbol has made all kindz of arms/shoulders gainz (srs)
Looking bigger than the last few times.
How's the chest? Can't tell from these shots.
Btw, aren't tats going to affect you at BB shows? Maybe I'm unaware and talking chit though.
Also I love lifting as I've said, cures depression, makes me feel great after a workout (even if I felt tired as hell before gym) and generally also feel like something isn't right if I miss a few days. Helps with confidence and women (hey AWG). But this has been the most painful day of my life literally, from 10 am onwards in pain every single second lol, so I got pretty down about it previously. Gonna pop the second naproxen now with my chicken + veg + rice. Cheers brahs.Oxbridge PhD crew

Chest is actually developing well, parts im worried about now are lower back, quads and possibly calves. Hitting deadlifts every 2 weeks now for lower back and doing much more intense workouts for legs, also training calves 2 times a week.
In terms of the tattoos hopefully the fake tan will cover them up well, they are only on my arms so hopefully won't hold me back that much.Current Lifts - B 140kg x 5| S 185kg x 3 | D 200kg x 6 | Front S 130kg x 5 |

What I find most crazy about the Zach Krych recovery in that he managed to get back the confidence in his wrists. Typically when you break something it damages your mental confidence in the strength of it even if it actually recovers 100% physically.

Also, GP told me whey can cause prolonged gyno after puberty...I told her I've had it from like 14-15 until now and have started lifting at 23...Nearly burst out laughing when she went "yeah, you have to stop the protein shakes for 3 months to get it out of the system, it can help with gyno". Didn't feel like arguing though so just let it go...not like I'll stop taking whey, Jeff.
notsureifretardedorwhat
Didn't know GPs are allowed to be retarded.
Doing bloods on Tuesday next week for her, then she will see whether I should try some estrogen blocker (tamomoxixilixlvjudhs something) that "could get the gynecomastia to go on its own"...I actually was asking about the surgery, and whether it's the best to get very lean for it, but she started talking "whey", then later "tamotmgomgefd" after bloods talk.
Am I still natty if I try that estrogen blocker? Strong everything ha.
Not sure if I should follow her anti-gyno advice anyway, since she went full retard with the protein shakes comment.
This.
I ain't about that lyfLast edited by NeverGiveUp87; 06-04-2013 at 04:46 PM.

I think if you asked every doctor about nutrition 99.99% would give you broscience answers. That's the reality - most are not that intelligent/ignorant about these kinds of things.
But yes, whey gives you gyno brah.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

Tearing muscles is nothing like breaking bones... though apparently muscle repair is slower.
"Your muscles heal very differently than your bones. If you fracture a bone, as long as it is set and fixed in place properly, it will tend to heal so thoroughly that it will become stronger than it was before the fracture! Your muscles however, do not actually heal with muscle tissue, but with "foreign" substances including collagen. The resulting scar tissue is weaker, less elastic, and highly prone to re-injury. Once a muscle is damaged, it can become the source of a great deal of pain. Muscle healing can require several months, and muscle scarring is often permanent."
I still think breaking bones is worse psychologically.PBs:

I'm on dat whey-induced gyno time. You jelly?
Hard to see here and don't have a better pic currently, but the bird's beak shape is kinda visible. There's a hard disk underneath both nipples, so yeah.
Any advice? Or is it just surgery that can fix gyno after 10 years of having it? Or should I listen to a retarded GP lol. Not sure wut do tbh.
Oh, just found what it looked like 2+ years ago:
