Strength increases surpassing tendon strength. Just gotta slow down, but I already have a rotator cuff problem (pre existing)

I have a love/hate relationship with the birdcoop in September. On one hand, IT IS WAY TOO ****ING PACKED. Bros everywhere in the weight area, annoying as hell.

On the other hand, there's soooo many fine girls there lately.

Is it just me or is it easier to break PR's at birdcoop. I'm thinking either the weights are lighter compared to the other gym I go to at a local community centre, or its the atmosphere that forces me to channel more energy.

Haha, lots of UBC brahs in here! I also lift at birdcoop, but I injured my rotator cuff last week and for now I've just been doing cardio and legs. (I'll take any suggestions regarding how to deal with the healing)

Also, in a study desk at Koerner library, someone drew a picture of a buff dude and wrote "zyzz" above it. Miscers trying to leave an impression, eh?

Yep, got the presentation to AMS tomorrow evening so i got my fingers crossed! Im done preparing for it so it should be good. Really hope it gets made.

I noticed this too, usually i can lift about 5-10 lbs heavier at birdcoop. Could be the ladies though!
