VPX bars are the best on the market... 20g of fat doesnt matter, since the sources are quality....but split that sucker in half and you only have 10g fat and still like 250 cals... ie a normal protein bar...more cost effective.

MET-RX Big 100 Colossal
I like the MET-RX Big 100 Colossal, super cookie crunch. It tastes like i'm eating a candy bar. Also, MET-RX Big 100 cookie dough, amazing. It is not the best bar nutriotinaly, and its not in my daily diet, but right now i'm bulking, and if I want a treat with some protein, or I don't have time for a meal, these are great.

I've been testing a lot of bars and the best one I have found so far is the Met-Rx Big 100 Colossal Super Cookie Crunch. It's higher in fat and sugars than others but that doesn't bother me. It has a nice crunchy texture and a good flavor without being overly sweet. It works great for me as a convenient high protein meal replacement. I can't wait to try the Crispy Apple Pie version. I plan to keep trying some other bars but this one is definitely going to stay on my shelf.

Uhockey...
I have read all the good things you've posted about Sustain bars. However, the few reasons I have not tried them...
I. Sodium caseinate, whey protein concentrate, soy protein isolate. In my mind, that is not a great protein blend.
II. There are only twenty grams per bar of that blend.
III. The bars are 1.87$ each.
I am not hating on your bar. In fact, I might order a box in the near future simply because it does not contain all the crap found in other bars, even at the cost of what I think is too little protein and the typical blend of soy and whey concentrate. I don't really know the purpose of this post, if only to say, "I am on the fence about Sustain."
