Damn bro. I know how that I feel. When I tored my tricep tendon in 2012, I was out for about 4 months and then slowly got back to full range of motion after two month of training with let cable works.
What injures did you have?
Know that feel of being decommission. Currently feeling depress as fk since lifting is the only thing that gives me good endophine. So for my shoulder is feeling a little better. Resting it the rest of the week and give it another shot on Monday. While I will put in a leg session sometimes this week.If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.

VA gave me a clean bill of health yesterday.
Spent half my check at Sam's
Ice Cream at Frosty King in Horton, coming back from Jackson....Not too bad, but not as good as Udder Side...just cheaper on my wallet. My Log - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=170367151&page=50

100% true fact....I'm studying it actually, it is an underlying form of OCD...
It is frustration that escalates when things don't go 100% to the plan....an interruption to a calm smooth running machine.....so to say
That is where the saying comes from ."He is set in his ways"....Old people want to do what they want and when THEY want to do it!Last edited by Bosko; 08-19-2019 at 03:56 AM.
