Me?
It's just a training routine by Jim Wendler. Focuses on the four majour compound lifts. Incorporates a 3 week period of adding weights, then a deload week, before starting the next cycle.
Looks like this, per month:
Week A. Warmup, 75% x 5, 80% x 5, 85% x 5
Week B. Warmup, 80% x 3, 85% x 3, 90% x 3
Week C. Warmup, 75% x 5, 85% x 3, 95% x 1
Week D. Deload wave – 60% x 5, 65% x 5, 70% x 5
The last set (MINUS THE DELOAD WEEK) is a #+... Almost AMRAP, but not to failure.
There are also a few different assistance exercises to do. I'll link an article.

I'm really going to suggest you get, and read, the book in its entirety.
The assistance program depends on which type of 5/3/1 you're doing (there are 6). Cardio is cardio is cardio... As long as you're recovering fine, then do as much as you want. Wendler stresses more conditioning, rather than cardio, however.Proud member of Team Ogre
