I feel sorry for the kid in the picture. I happen to know him in real life and his mother is a police officer. His brother is in the army and hes also a 210lb boxer back home. You have the balls to make fun of him on the internet but you cant say it to his face? Id be happy to buy you a plane ticket to here so you can say it to his face and see what happens.

All I can say if something like this hits home most of you would change your stand I don't get how people find this funny one bit every part of there life is harder and we take for granted run to the store sit your a** in a wheel chair and try to shop see how hard it but just remenber after the fact you get to walk they never will

Are you aware there are a few people at University who have something wrong with their joints and they walk extremely differently. Sort of like kicking their legs out while they walk. And everytime I see them I pretty much sink.
I mean, these guys get looked at so differently for ****ing walking! How would it feel to be looked at all day long for something you are born with like that.
So yeah, I don't see it any different with this situation.
It would suck to be like that dude in the picture.
I think some of you need to grow the hell up.

ummm believe it or not some people do like to show pictures of their ill kids or patients from a hospital. The kid looks as if he's smiling, maybe his mother wants to share that or it's a picture from a hospital. My mom used to have pictures of her father when he was very sick in the hospital doing things like smiling/hugging family/etc. and would show it to friends and relatives. Some douchebag couldve have come across it doing a search, through his parents' picture album website, or off a hospital's website showing a kid with hope and happiness during a tough time. Then the douchebag figured he'd make all of his internet friends laugh and say he's funny by photoshopping the picture multiple times because that's just how sad the douchebag's life is.
