I must say ravadongon, after reading your article my head was spinning. I didn't understand a word of the whole first half. It's amazing how much science there is behind bodybuilding. How old are you bro? I feel like I'm competeing against a doctor

That's also why I didn't really like the question (taking part from that actual thread).

It's hard to explain to people what rep ranges do what, when they don't have a basic understanding of muscle physiology (not talking about you Audio). And this is probably most of the people who browse the forums/site. You couldn't answer the question with out trying to teach a physiology lesson, and I tried to be as very basic as possible so everybody could understand it, but I guess I was too basic.

Man this sucks, the topic of the week 10 got lost because of the crash or something. And this time I had written in my opinion a really good answer to the question. I just hope that if they post it again I can write it as good as I did it last time if not better.

It took mine (first order) 2 weeks since placing the order, but then again I live in OZ. Make sure you send Will (webmaster@bodybuilding.com) your order no. and you should be right

Stuff came in today!

I didn't know that the large shirts are really big though, I hope it shrinks in the wash. Everywhere else I wear a large (because I'm tall), and that usually fits well, and since the smallest size was medium, I thought large would still be tight on me. I can still wear it though, I might have to pack on some mass though, it's kind of odd to see a person in a baggy shirt that says "THIS SHIRT ISN'T SMALL, I'M JUST BIG".
