I always feel bad for people having psychotic breaks that are put on the internet for all eternity. Probably half of them are drug/alcohol related...but some of them are people with new onset symptoms or medication adjustment needs. Yea there is also a portion of people that just don't take their meds...but you can spot them easily because they look like they have not showered in over a month.
