Yep back then they had the 99 cent sticker on the St Ides 40s. If we had money sometimes we would get Mickeys big mouths. Sometimes Black Label 11/11 cause you could get 2 32 ouncers for like 1.20. Solid 2.2 on Beer Advocate:

LMAO Dasitmane! I used to drank 40s & play ball, but never at the same time. It sounds like a pretty damn good time if my gut could handle it.
St. Ides & OE were my go-tos back in the day
Damn! I totally had it in mind but forgot to add this to you broscience thread. You can't be running with regular shoes, bruh. Evolution perfectly designed your feet to handle long distance running, regardless of your ancestors' geographic background or the fact that we've rarely relied on running down our prey on foot for thousands of years as a species. It's either toe shoes or nothing, bruh.Last edited by Strawng; 03-22-2022 at 06:50 PM.

I feel you man. When I had covid, my beer was tasteless and that was probably the worst part of it all. Was worried I'd lose taste forever but it came back. Haven't had a drink at all in a few weeks but the taste of beer is always a pleasant thought.
Although on a second read, that may not have been your point.
Lol my bad brah. I just saw Mike Chang say they were great because it's so much more natural, the way it like goes around your toes and can grip better. #sixpackshortcutsBench: 350

It'll be interesting if we ever find out that there are rare sugars with significant health properties, then perhaps one could argue they would be essential. https://academic.oup.com/nutritionre...867?login=true
I don't think that will happen, just food for thought. My 100% free website: healthierwithscience.com

For children with epilepsy on a ketogenic diet for treatment we try to go extremely low with carbohydrates, so much so that when we put them on medications we need to discuss with the pharmacists to have special formulations made that do not have glucose in them. I don't know how many carbs they get from fruits/vegetables but it's going to be extremely little and to my knowledge they don't show any negative health effects (from an acute metabolic standpoint, long-term not getting many fruits/vegetables is not ideal). As desslok said the liver can make glucose from gluconeogenesis and for that reason consuming actual carbs does not seem essential.

No it isn't, some people are concerned about the environmental impacts of conventional farming, and organic produce have less pesticides that build up in your body.

Some foods there is no reason to buy organic.
When it comes to ethical/health decisions on consumption, there is more to it than if the food is organic.
