It means I stick to the same weights and focus on full body toning and general cardio and keeping weight at a natural level.
I don't like the buff look - which I have done at times in the past.
I also have a knee injury and lower back issue so things tend to fall apart at some point when I'm going harder.
Not worth it for me. Never was.

And I just wanted to say one more thing.
I'm actually not gay.
But to the guy who posted using the word <***got> (I hope it was removed by moderator) and to the others who ripping on being gay in their subtle and not so subtle ways, I have very little tolerance for that kind of garbage.
And I wonder if it has occurred to many of you, that there are a lot of gym rats that are gay, and probably a lot of gay guys that are part of this forum and probably this thread.
So get used to it, and get over yourself.
I'm not saying no locker room talk.
I'm just talking basic respect and decency for others.
Only reason I posted was to give a heads up to guys who might be thinking of trying out laser treatments.
That's all.
Thanks.

I tried around the family jewels at the start and I would say it's on par with upper neck and face. But guys and gals will have a different experience depending on hair density, sensitivity, etc.
I'm surprised about the ankle though. It's a walk in the park for me compared to neck/face - especially upper lip and chin.
And yes I was told there would be need for annual touch ups.
That's fine by me, as long as I get to a point where it's even and light/low.
Some places it's already basically gone.
But for most there is another year I would guess.

[QUOTE=Bo_Flecks;1489560021]A man doesn't have to be gay to want to feel pretty.
Absolutely. Straight guys are so conditioned by family and society, they often don't even know that they might want to act or look or do things any differently than they are.
I'm very comfortable with this stuff because I grew up without that family conditioning - but society is still very entrenched in it.
Anyway, I do realize this is a body building forum : )
But hey, body and looks is a part of it - so I felt like it was a legit thread.
Time to check out threads about getting that trim/tight look.

I'm not sure if past experiences here have caused some posters to become paranoid, but I can only assure you that I'm not a troll.
Which is also why I am turning the table for both of you, so that you might possibly see that your razzing and assuming I must be a
troll, when all I have done is posted something and interacted with people, is the only form of trolling behavior going on here.
I don't really expect you to see or acknowledge that.
But I'm sure that some others here would agree with me - even if they don't chime in to say so.
And as I said in the op, I am doing the whole body minus head, armpits, and family jewels - so yes that includes the ankles.
Not sure why ankles are catching people's attention compared to any other body parts : )

If I am reading things correctly from you and KeepItMoving, it sounds like you are suggesting that because I refuse to tolerate gay bashing, that this makes me intolerant.
And that this puts me on the same level as those who perpetuate homophobia.
And that this somehow makes me a deluded, hypocritical, politically-correct leftist.
Is this basically what you two are trying to say - in a nutshell?
If not, please clarify.
