I weighed in at 182 all week but had some pizza last night, so the salt had me at 183 this morning. Staying honest with my weigh-ins, so 183 it is. Went down slightly in my waist measurement and BF.

    Current Stats
    Weight: 183 Lbs
    Waist: 32-7/8"
    BF%: 17%
    Beginning Weight (1/13/2013)- 245

New stats this morning! I'm thinking I'm definitely going to make it to 175 by July 11th. I have 6.4 Lbs to lose in 3 weeks. I'm going to buckle down and hit it even harder these next 3 weeks. Still not going to cry over it if I don't make it because I'm looking SOOOOO much better now. Feels AWESOME!!!

    Waist: 32-1/2"

    Diet

Could you provide an example of a typical day? Just curious as to what others look like compared to me.

I really don't have a typical day. I just eat whatever I want and track it. I make sure I don't go over my deficit for the day and that's it. Sorry, I know that's not very helpful, but I don't follow any kind of plan when it comes to eating.
