    oops. technically today I did DB shoulder press. I don't know which one I like better, since I feel weak at both. Kicking up the DBs suck, but range of motion is longer (harder) on OHP with BB.

    Friday 2/8/13

    Work schedule is a little weird for the next week, not sure when I'll be getting in. Ended up going in the morning for some form work. Had planned on doing handstands and pullups also, but only got the pullups done.

    2 scoops of pure-amino this AM.

    Back Squats

    135x3(x8) <- 30 sec rest, working form and speed

    then some singles, because I wanted to see if I could still handle the weight
    1@155, 175, 185(x3), 195<- matches previous PR (beltless)

    - singles feel good, just reps kill me
    - will need to start working with the belt again to get used to using it

    Saturday 2/10/13

    Got out of work by 3pm, so made it to the gym. Although I didn't really feel like working out it ended up being a decent workout.

    1 scoop of pure-amino preworkout. I've been feeling nauseous after working out lately, which I normally wouldn't worry about too much, but it's been difficult to eat. I'm decreasing supplements a little bit to try to get more food in.

    Squats are starting to feel good again. Today was a #10 increase over last session. I think I have one more #10lb increase, before dropping to 5# increases

    solid lift , I always use snatch grip when deadlifting , I just can't get used to pulling with my hands alternated

    Thanks. yes, and then always fear of bicep injury. I'll use alternate for heavier stuff, but need to work grip strength... get rid of the straps probably.

    1 scoop of pure-amino preworkout. Feeling a lot better with less supplements - easier to eat etc. DOMS from a week ago are officially gone, and I think I'm just about back to normal strength levels. I need to keep on top of supplements and food to see increases from here out.

    185x5 <- YAY! Depth felt good. I'm slooow coming up.

    Short, but fun. Feeling a lot more confident at squats, although I'm sooo slow coming up. Extra work may need to be form/speed work with light weight.

    haha me too I love my versa gripps but when I decided to do some powerlifting I couldn't pull over 500 without them , I just don't have the grip strength anymore but as long as I look like I do I'm ok with it
