oops. technically today I did DB shoulder press. I don't know which one I like better, since I feel weak at both. Kicking up the DBs suck, but range of motion is longer (harder) on OHP with BB.

Friday 2/8/13
Work schedule is a little weird for the next week, not sure when I'll be getting in. Ended up going in the morning for some form work. Had planned on doing handstands and pullups also, but only got the pullups done.
2 scoops of pure-amino this AM.

then some singles, because I wanted to see if I could still handle the weight

- singles feel good, just reps kill me

Got out of work by 3pm, so made it to the gym. Although I didn't really feel like working out it ended up being a decent workout.
1 scoop of pure-amino preworkout. I've been feeling nauseous after working out lately, which I normally wouldn't worry about too much, but it's been difficult to eat. I'm decreasing supplements a little bit to try to get more food in.

Thanks. yes, and then always fear of bicep injury. I'll use alternate for heavier stuff, but need to work grip strength... get rid of the straps probably.

1 scoop of pure-amino preworkout. Feeling a lot better with less supplements - easier to eat etc. DOMS from a week ago are officially gone, and I think I'm just about back to normal strength levels. I need to keep on top of supplements and food to see increases from here out.
