Thanks! Felt good getting it, paying for it today though. Sore but not overly. Took 1.5 scoops of Atomic 7 after my workout and had 2 scoops of Trutein before bed, so that definitely helped.
But no, I don't even have wrist wraps. After my warm up and second set of three my grip was loosening so I pronated my left hand for the last set of three as well as for the heavy singles. Rotating that hand makes a world of difference, it's crazy

Thanks, I was tempted to go for 300 yesterday but I had already taken a beating. But that is the plan for next week. 300-305

And yes, seriously...I was about to walk up to someone because there were 5 squat racks. 4 were people curling and 1 was a guy shrugging. e_e

Not too bad, actually. I got used to it pretty quickly. The worst part is doing 50 one-legged reps per leg. 100 high knees aren't very fun either. On the plus side, when I hit the weights I actually have a pretty respectable pump in my calves haha

So, was going to do a few hill sprints tonight but I just woke up from a nap and I'm beyond exhausted (don't know why I'm this tired). Skipping sprints so I can be well rested tomorrow. Will probably do some homework and then crash really early.

Finished my homework for the night and the gf is dragging me out of my room and is going to do hillsprints with me. I'm thinking since it's the first time she's done them we'll stick to 10 and build our way up to 20 three times a week. Getting ready to do my 500 Jump Rope sets then hill sprints in the parking garage.

Will probably have another protein shake before bed, and tommorrow is OHP day.

EDIT: Just checking back in to say we did do the jump rope (500 reps) and hill sprints (10). I was surprisingly okay after the 10, the girlfriend was dying and ready to call it a day haha. Hill sprints again on friday or saturday and we're bumping it up to 15

I normally really like delts too. Did standing OHP today rather than seated and..not sure how I liked it haha. I'll be continuing with standing though because I want to improve my standing OHP numbers specifically

So today was OHP day and it wore me out. Did standing instead of seated and it's definitely more challenging. Also the weight belt was missing from the chin up station so decided to go for a rep PR for unweighted chins.

    OHP Day

    Warm Up
    BW Chins X 50 (over 2 sets)
    Jump Rope X 500

    The Work Out

    Standing OHP
    100 X 3
    105 X 3
    115 X 3
First time doing standing OHP and I felt weak. Will keep up with it though so I can progress here
Also, no singles because I was already getting a pump and starting to get sore so decided it'd be better if I were fresher for the BBB sets

    Standing OHP - BBB
    70 X 10
    70 X 10
    65 X 10
    65 X 10
    60 X 10
Did these with about 45-60 seconds of rest, but after the last one went straight into the next exercise:

    Flat BB Bench
    105 X 5
    105 X 5
    105 X 5
Barely rested in between these sets and by the time I finished my triceps were on fire, I was so glad to move on to something that doesn't involve triceps. Between the OHP and bench I had a massive pump in my triceps and shoulders

    BW Chins
    X 15
    X 15
    X 15
    X 10
    X 10
    X 5
Total Number of Chins Today = 125 unweighted Rep PR!
I definitely hit a wall here though. I may have been able to bust out one more set of 10 but I was done

Was going to do light bi work, very light tri work, and lateral raises but the gf was done doing her cardio and was looking impatient. And I already had a massive pump in pretty much in everything from shoulders to forearms. Felt good stretching my shirt that was once a tad too big haha.

    Conditioning
Two hours of Ochem tutoring which I'm going to now. Not good conditioning, albiet...but the brain will use up more glucose this way so....

Ya, this last time was rough. My shoulders were holding up just fine but my triceps were killing me.

But ya, the pump yesterday was insane. Seriously, from shoulders to forearms all looked like they were about to explode. So far Volatile has done a great job with the pump. Energy could be a bit more noticable, but still solid.

Awesome, appreciate it the info yall. And I agree about the caffeine content, don't like preworkouts that have like 350 mg of caffeine in them (pretty sure I've seen one that had that much per scoop)

Just had my squat workout and was reminded why I don't like squats too much haha. They take SO much out of me. This time I wasn't really even prepared to workout either. I just drank a starbucks and ate a coffee cake then my friend called and said this is his only time to workout. I delayed a half hour then downed my pre and did my jump ropes and then went over there. Figured the extra caffeine / carbs wouldn't hurt too much.
So, when I got to my friend's dorm's gym, they only had a smith machine and leg press (for pseudo-squats, that is). So didn't have a real barbell today so went on the smith machine.

    Squat Day

    Warm Up
    Jump Rope X 500
BW Chins X 40 (over two sets) -- felt weak here for some reason. Probably because yesterday I belted out 125

    The Work Out

    ATG Squats
    115 X 7
    185 X 3
    185 X 3
    185 X 3
Ridiculously weak squats e_e will be working on these hard. And by this time I was sweating hard and dreading what was coming up

    ATG Squats - BBB
    95 X 10
    95 X 10
    95 X 10
    95 X 10
    95 X 10

Since I felt so weak on chins earlier decided to make today a rowing day for back. Haven't done rows in awhile so wanted to do some

    Superset: SLDL (with DBs)
    50s X 10
    50s X 10
    50s X 10

    Superset: Random Rows
    Machine Rows: 135 X 10
    Machine Rows: 150 X 10
    DB Rows: 50s X 15
    DB Rows: 45s X 15
--Felt like mixing it up. Enjoying doing these. By this point the gf was done with her all-machine workout (she's weary of free weights falling on her) and I was tired from squatting so this concludes today.

    Conditioning
    Jump Rope X 500
^That's all for now. Might go do some hill sprints...maybe

    EDIT: Updated Conditioning
Did some heavy bag conditioning as well as some ab work
