Did you see that kid who did 385x1? He's aiming for a 405 lb OHS. It was posted somewhere in the PL forum. He didn't use a snatch grip, rather he went narrower than that. I find it very difficult to perform the movement with a narrow grip.

yup i saw that vid. looks like he usually power jerks. maybe thats why he's comfy with such grip as well.

would depend on your sport though lol. for an oly lifter they are probably necessary at some point, for PLers and BBers probably not so much

How much time does it take you to recover from pressing? Today's benching and overhead pressing seemed too hard. I last benched on the 1st of this month.
