The bicycle has been around as a means of transportation since the 19th century. There are probably over 1 billion worldwide, and they remain a popular way to get around and a great form of exercise.Bicycles essentially work on a combination of gears, wheels and people power. Two pedals are connected to one gear, usually at the bottom center of the bicycle. That gear has a chain that sits on the teeth of the gear and wraps horizontally to gears that are at the center of the rear wheel. When a person pushes his feet on the pedals, they rotate the front gear, which rotates the back gear and causes the wheel to roll forward. The front wheel moves forward as well due to the momentum of the entire bicycle. On a basic bicycle, a person could stop the momentum by pushing the pedals backwards, which stops the gears from moving.Beyond the basics of the bicycle, there are a few varieties and accessories to fit specific types of bike riders. Some bicycles employ caliper breaks on the handlebars. When a cyclist squeezes them, the breaks push rubber pads along one or both of the wheels, causing a gradual slow-down without having to pedal backwards. Other bicycles have training wheels attached to the frame near the rear wheel. They are set slightly off-balance and off the ground of the rear wheel because they only provide balance but no breaking power. Advanced bicycles contain several gears from three to 20 different settings (or speeds), allowing the cyclist to choose the amount of friction and momentum applied when pedaling. Lower gears can help addpower to go up hills; higher gears are used when coasting on declined terrain.

i lost a bunch of weight, had solid routine and had solid diet
after 1yr ended up being skinny fat
probably genetics or not natty
if it ware 2.5-3.5yrs then it would be more believable

started running for 45 min a day 7 days a week to transfrom from fatty to skinny kunt

then dirty bulk for 9 months while lifting on 5 day split with no rest days

then cut for 3-4 months and maintain

diet is just eat clean ~200g protein and low/med carb
