While it's fun to reminisce about all the swell questions asked commonly, isn't there a way for the OP to actually figure out what are the most frequently asked questions?
Seems like use of the Search bar would yield all threads about a particular topic or key word. Just doesn't sound like real research when the OP just asks us what's most common. Seems like he could do the search.
By the way, what's the best way for me to lose fat and gain muscle mass at the same time?

I think the most common (as others have mentioned) is "I'm 30/40/50 etc can I still build muscle".
Another common one "I've been working out for a week and haven't added 3" to my biceps yet, what am I doing wrong?"
