Speed was great, made sure to control the bar and stay tight throughout. One set, I had a little *twinging* near my pec-delt insertion, but the 3-4 sets after it felt fine. May start looking into some movements to help strengthen the connective tissue there.

It was going awesome, I was top trainer at my gym 2 months in a row (one fo which I only worked 13days lulz) I am nto into it though for 2 reasons,
1- It is all about making the company money, it can be quite shady and the contract for the clients is well...a contract and nto forgiving if someone gets injured or sick they still gotta pay, plus they want us to sell more PT sessions even if there are no trainers to train them.
2. Most people dont give a **** about fitness, they just have extra money or are talked into it, I had 21 clients last month and maybe 2 actually cared about the gym the rest just came because they had paid a lot of coin.
I was charging $65 a session WTF!!!!!! ( well the gym was not me)
BTW You may want to start using DB's that are not coloured it may help.PreSurge = Pre WO.

Yeah I heard that a lot actually that the gyms really don't care about the clients or the trainers...a shame really. Guess it heavily depends on where you're working...might have to open up your OWN gym called..... SHOWTIME
I was thinking about the DB thing....but I think the colors are perty“When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Yep, to be honest...the squat and dead are pretty close. My squat right now is probably 425, so I'm only 25 pounds off, and my dead is around 450ish..so thats 50 pounds.
The bench and my weight is where I'll have issues Unfortunately my bench progress seems to be my white whale heh
Most definitely, I just don't prioritize the pump enough to justify taking PreSurge out of the regiment to see what kind of pumps that BluePrint produces.“When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Stretch
Awesome workout, with those blue mats underneath the aerobic steps that box is the perfect height. Each mat is about 1'', so the box is probably 10-11''. I made sure not to rock, sit back, and stay tight/maintain arch.
Felt strong throughout, did some moderately heavy SLDL's and finished with some back/bi work. Overall solid day, didn't get much sleep cause of my roommates going crazy last night, and missed breakfast..so it was succesful.“When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Haha yeah, it's my best friend and he's relatively new to spotting and is still rehabbing his back from surgery..so he gets nervous/anxious. Plus I only planned to do 315 x 1, but it was too easy so I did a double.
Thanks very much man, decided to do a closer stance to target the quads because my glutes/hips just took too much of a beating from Tuesday.
Haha, I dunno if I'm BEASLTY just quite yet...but thanks
Like the sound of that!
Nah, I'm not about the weight..we're all at different stages in the game. To me, the only things that matter is that the people I lift with are intense and have good form.
Haha, I can't get after Conor just yet...I haven't seen him in action.“When it is dark enough, you can see the stars.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

As many ppl mentioned, those are some pretty lofty goals, and considering you are already almost there, I am sure without a doubt you'll accomplish and break through them! Your training and intensity is top notch!
I meant to ask you this as well dude!
I'm glad that you are tops! Well deserving!
And, yes it is sad...I have been at 4 gyms and have maybe seen 3 trainers out of all of them where they actually cared about their clients, tried to relate to them...
And a gym or PT studio/company that's named SHOWTIME?!?!?
And bro, that was some great squatting!!! Good stuff!!Free Agent
