-Started lifting casually back in 8th grade. I like to compare myself to Layne Norton.. Not in the sense that I am as strong as him but in the sense that we both were picked on in early childhood / middle school days.
Anyways, I bought a bench at age 14 and an EZ Bar and started curling away. At 16, I received my first gym membership. About a year ago is when I started taking this sport seriously. I eat right, follow my macros, and train smarter than ever without sacrificing intensity or volume.
I did some olympic weightlifting but tore a hamstring about three months ago while doing a 85 KG snatch. Currently working my way back up on Smolov. Squat is weak but only getting better.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
-Smolov squat routine + 6x6 bench once a week, + upper bacck exercises.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
-Nothing as of now.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
-Gaspari Anavite
-Gaspari SizeOn Maximum Performance Grape
-Gaspari Myofusion Banana Perfection
-Dymatize Elite 12 Hour Protein Fudge Brownie
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
-Anything and everything right now. Squatting four times a week is so intense and demanding. Right now, it's around 500 g CHO, 250 g PRO, 55 g Fat.
Current Daily water intake:
-1.5 gallon
Short Term Goal:
-1,000 lb total for bench/squat/DL
Long Term Goal:
-Start competing in some powerlifting contests and maybe some bodybuilding amateur's down the line.
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
-Inhalar
-Singular pill
Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
-Very extensive. I've experimented with everything. Test boosters, countless protein products, numerous brands, many different vitamins, etc,. I used to think that supplements were magic and could transform me into what I wanted to become. Not the case. Looking to settle down and find some staples in my orders.
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links):
-I was choosing for Cellucor's Mass Growth stack and currently waiting on Gaspari's SizeON + Anavite.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):
I started training in my basement when I was still in highschool, with limited equipment of a few benches, barbells, and dumbbells. I joined the gym shortly after and continued to lift throughout high school and college. After my junior year of college, I decided to finally give contest preparation a go after many years of pushing it off. After following many logs on the site, I decided to contact Alberto Nunez to be my coach. After 18 weeks of prep, I placed 2nd in Novice Lightweight and 4th in Open Middleweight, which I was very pleased about. I started reverse dieting fairly well for the first 6-8 weeks, but fell off for a month or two along the way. Right now, I am looking to drop a good 10 pounds to get back to the mid 180's. I believe Xpand Xtreme Pump will allow me to keep the intensity in the gym while I drop my macros.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Mon - OFF
Tues - Upper Power
Wed - Lower Power
Thurs - OFF
Fri - Chest/Back Hypertrophy
Sat - Legs Hypertrophy
Sun - Shoulders/Arm Hypertrophy
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
2 Days/Week Low Intensity 30 minute sessions.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
NOW Adam
All The Whey Protein
NOW Omega 3
Prolab Creatine Mono
Scivation Xtend
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
220g Protein
225g Carbs
35g Fat
Current Daily water intake:
Atleast 1 Gallon/Day
Short Term Goal:
Improve my upper body thickness, especially my shoulders and arms, but also my calves.
Long Term Goal:
Place 1st in the Open
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
NONE
Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
I have tried quite a few products when I first started lifting and when I didn't know any better. I experimented with natty test boosters like Act Xtreme, many pre-wo (White Flood, Vasocharge, NO-Xplode, etc), and all different kinds of proteins. Right now, I keep the basics I described above with a nice pre-wo every once in awhile if I feel my intensity slip or need a boost in the gym.
