Why does EVERYONE listen to auto tune, beat, electro shnit

I totally don't understand why people like this music. I guess since your name is 'i love techno's you have a deep appreciation of it. Can you post some high quality examples? The stuff I hear people playing everywhere just sounds terrible to me.

I Love Techno is an annual festival that used to be organised in Belgium (til 2014), now it's in the south of France

it was divided into different themed rooms, where you had classic techno, the harder stuff, electro...

I always prefered electro over classic techno though, and in general classic trance is my preferred genre
