How's your season going. It's allways good to read the other rugby players logs.people ask me how to train, and i answer "i look at what you do and then i do the exact oposite"
if your family was captured and you were told you needed to put 100 pounds onto your max squat within two months or your family would be executed, would you squat once per week? Something tells me that you'd start squatting every day

Going to try some proper ATG squats next leg session (probly saturday). Never done them before so going to start around 80kg for trebles and work my way up. Normally only squat to an inch or two below parralel so looking forward to see how it goes. Im doing this as i reckon it'll help increase explosiveness in the hips and so also increase speed
