Catching Up on ZZZ's with ErgoZZZ

I might have forgot to mention that I have been stim-free the last two days. Just took Kaged Muscle Citrulline for my pre-workout yesterday. Some of the pre-workouts have keep me up later than I would have liked. Making a concentrated effort on improving my sleep.

The plan after work was to do an DDP Yoga workout but my wife called and wanted to do something so that was not possible. Not a big deal as it was my first day of active rest. I took three capsules of ErgoZZZ before bed. It was a bit a of struggle with the TV on again while I was trying to sleep. Eventually the volume on the TV got turned down to less than an airplane taking off and I gradually drifted off. Not sure how long it took. Had some strong dreams and only woke up to use the bathroom or when my body got uncomfortable from being a body pillow. Woke up this morning a bit groggy again so I will try two capsules later tonight.

I don't know how you do it, man. I would go crazy if a tv was on, that HAS to be impacting your sleep. Just raising your stress levels before bed out of frustration probably inhibits your natural ability to sleep. Tell her no technology, doctor's orders! lol

I took just two capsules of ErgoZZZ before bed last night. Ended up getting the best stress reliever there is shortly after. Put some ear plugs in but it did not really reduce the noise level of the TV so I grabbed her headphones. Turned the volume off and she listened with them on. It took longer to fall asleep since the earlier activity woke me up some. In a couple of days, I will try to use just one capsule and see what happens with that dose. I had some dreams but nothing that really stands out the nights before. A little less groggy when I woke up. This was my third day completely off stims.

As far as working out went...started this active rest week with DDP Yoga.

The next day I do not feel run down or beat up like with hard resistance training. Looking forward to my session later tonight. Variety refreshes my mind with training.

I went back to taking three capsules of ErgoZZZ before bed. It was day four of being stim-free but I was sent some pre-workout samples...hard to resist. Anyway...I gave my wife the headphones and turned the volume on the TV off. It took me longer than I would have liked to fall asleep. My mind kept racing. Surprisingly, I was able to make it through the entire night without having to hit the bathroom. Very strong dreams that I cannot specifically remember but the ZMA must have been in full effect in both regards.

Another day of 3 capsules of ErgoZZZ just before bed. The ZMA seems to be having a stronger influence on me that the melatonin. It has been taking me longer to fall asleep as of late but I have been sleeping much longer throughout the night without waking up. Normally I wake up for a bathroom break at around 2am or 4am at the latest. I made it to twenty minutes before 6am before having to make a bathroom visit. The only reason I wake up is half of my wife's body is laying on me and I wake up due to the extra weight pressing down on my hip, etc.

DDP Yoga Below the Belt - 29 minutes

In on ErgoLog. Have used ErgoZzz a few times, it just hasn't been that necessary lately because work has been insane and I've crashed before 9 almost every night. Found that 4 caps treats me much better than 3, 5 leaves me feeling a bit "hungover" fora bit the next day. Pretty solid product.

I'll just be quietly following along here papi.

I have had a lot of experience with melatonin but not with ZMA. Melatonin has been effective in making me feel drowsy...always. What I have learned is ZMA gives me a deeper sleep where I do not wake up throughout the night.

Sounds like something that I would greatly benefit from. Waking up 2-3 times a night definitely gets old. Glad this is working for you.

It might work even better for someone who sleeps alone and doesn't have a spouse that wakes them up during the night.

Took three capsules of ErgoZZZ just before I thought I was going to bed. Ended up staying up later hoping to see if I could put Perform to the test with the wife. She was wrapped up in a craft project so that did not work out. Felt drowsy when I went to bed. That is good since I took the pre-workout Furious earlier in the day. Some pre-workouts give me energy throughout the night which is not desirable. Had a very deep sleep again. Only woke up when she made some noise working on her project and when she used me as body pillow during the night.

If I worked a second shift schedule, I would not have use for a sleep aid. If I could go to bed at 1:00am every night, it would only take minutes to fall asleep. Unfortunately, i have to try to go to sleep at 10:30pm and it is much harder to do so.

I took three capsules of ErgoZZZ before bed...but did not end going to bed right away if you smell what I am cooking. That after hours activity always gives me a boost so it took me a little while longer to fall asleep. Since that activity was performed, we both ended up having to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Some crazy dreams of meeting childhood sports heros...I have no idea why I was dreaming any of that (ZMA). Looking at doing a DDP Yoga workout sometime on Monday.
