Great job. I like the workouts and the food looks good too. I haven't had proats in a while, lol, but I've been used to having frozen proberries-I just made that up.(protein + big bowl of frozen blueberries + almond milk (cutting) or whole milk (gaining). Frozen strawberries microwaved slightly can work too.
I almost always used to add chocolate chips until I ran out and started breaking up bars of chocolate. Sometimes raisinettes, almonds, walnuts, or anything really. Your proats are fancy with the double spreads and looks like shaved coconut.

I don't have shakes, so not sure how it mixes but it's amazing in oats!
I have had the cake batter, cinnamon swirl and red velvet.
Thanks for checking in!
Pro-berries sounds awesome. Except here in Australia we've just had a massive issue with hep A in frozen berries and I'm too poor to buy fresh.
I actually only added the shredded coconut to look more fancy
Usually I make it at uni and it looks like a big bowl of poop haha.

Notes
-Workout felt good, all lifts were manageable.
-Wasn't expecting to eat as much for dinner, a little bit over but it's fine.
- I got an urge for chocolate and in my experience it's better to have a small square rather then deprive myself and lose control tomorrow or tonight
- Studied my uni work most of the day, pretty sedentary.

Well hey you made it past the one week mark!
I don’t know why but I never thought about adding chocolate chips to proats. I will definitely have to try that, it looks great.Reliable sources of information:

Are we talking Quest flavours here? Here's my top list, in order:
1. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
2. Double Chocolate Chunk
3. Chocolate Peanut Butter
4. Chocolate Brownie
5. Apple Pie
6. Cinnamon Roll
7. Banana Nut Muffin
Here's something funny; when I buy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough from bb.com, it tastes better than when I buy it locally. It has different packaging, so I wonder if it's a different recipe for international sales. I know the US is more liberal with food product ingredients, so maybe there's something in them that's restricted here.286 lbs - March 11, 2019 (started Keto)

Oh, not really.
I've never been a binge eater/cheater.
If i want to eat something I fit it into my calories or go a bit over for the day.
Bodybuilding isn't my life,
*it also helps I don't often drink alcohol that's where 95% of my weight gained stemmed from. That and being a manager at kfc*
