Do you need to recalculate your macros if you lose 8kgs? If you want to continue cutting?

Hi can someone help please. I'm 34yr old male 208lbs 5ft7 bmi. 32.6. Fairly active job.
How many calories, grams, protein, grams of carbs do I need per day to gain muscle lose fat.
In gym 5 times a week on weights and doing 20mins of cardio 3times a week after weights.

Anddo I need 1g protien per lean lb body weight or total body weight

i'm 22 years old, i'm 5ft 10, have a bmi of 26.6, lbm 177.7lbs, rough estimate percent body fat 4.0%. I've only just started looking into macro nutrition and really need some help working out how much carbs, protein and fats i should be eating everyday to maintain a healthy musclebound body? also need to know how much calories i need to intake? cheers

Like Assault being the best pre workout supplement out there... Cuz they pay for the marketing, the reviews, the good ratings etc.
Is it really her writing writing this stuff or is it just a name next to a blog? Is she what she claims to be? How do you know what you claim to know?
