Thanks, Jon and welcome!
See? You stick 'Good Bros' in the title and they come a'runnin'.
It's a combination of vanilla soft serve and a flavored sorbet. Really tasty! I didn't look at the ingredient listing either, so it could be cancerous for all I know.
lulz... one of my favorite exchanges...

Day 1: Cardio/abs
Weight/BF:
218 lbs./16%
SUB-Q dosage:
3 bullet caplets, 8:30 a.m.; 3 bullet caplets, 2:30 p.m.
Abs: Circuit style
Leg raises/ Weighted oblique twists (per side)/ Hanging knee lifts
20/15/12, 20/15/12, 20/15/12
Cardio:
30 mins., elliptical, moderate intensity every .25 miles.
30 mins., elliptical, moderate intensity every .25 miles.
Notes:
Some mild stomach upset following my morning dose due to the forskolin, which I don't respond particularly well to. But I know how to correct that... Incorporate more carbs during breakfast.
The afternoon dose was manageable as I took the SUB-Q following my mid-day PB/banana sandwich.
I purposefully did not cycle off any caffeine substances prior to starting this cycle as the 200mg. dose in each SUB-Q serving would cause the jitters had I been caffeine free for weeks before, so that was a welcome non-effect.
Appetite suppression wasn't wholly noticeable.
I was pinched today to gauge my bodyfat and I'm extremely disappointed with the result. While I don't weigh heavily (no pun intended) on the caliper method, the anger that swelled when I learned of the total really sent my mind racing toward my goal.
Next on the menu:
I'll be switching my off day to Tuesday and tackling cardio/abs on Thursdays instead, so my next training day is Wednesday, which will be chest/cardio.

Day 2: OFF
Weight/BF:
219 lbs./16%
SUB-Q dosage:
3 bullet caplets, 8:15 a.m.; 3 bullet caplets, 2:15 p.m.
Notes:
A bagel cures all forskolin ills.
This time yesterday, the stomach upset was beginning. Today, however, we're right on track (aside from some seasonal allergies that've been kicking my ass this past week).
Weight's up a pound, but I did down a quart of water last night before bed and I stupidly weighed in this morning before expelling said water.
Feel a bit more energetic this morning, too. I attribute that to the combination of using SHUT-EYE last night (which I often employ when I'm having difficulty getting a sufficient amount of rest), and the SUB-Q.
Stay tuned for chest tomorrow... I expect great things!

Two things:
1) In regards to taking SUB-Q or any other caffeine containing product around the same time as a meal - some food for thought check out the yesterday's entry at www.educatedbodybuilder.com. I thought it was interesting.
2) Appetite suppression will be an individual thing so don't look for it. I personally don't promote too much of this as appetite suppression is not always the best thing. A well balanced diet will control blood sugar levels, preventing any crash and cravings from happening. But I'm sure you knew this...Chris Belanger | Vice President, Sales

That was a great post on the Fusion blog! It's a Catch 22 for me, personally, as I've never responded well to any amount of forskolin without having some carbohydrates to soften the blow...
Still, it'll take me a few days to find the right dosing protocol, but I'm more than willing to document the different methods used until I find the one that clicks... Tomorrow, I'll be sure to take the caplets about 60 mins. after my breakfast.
And I completely agree with your second point. Appetite suppression shouldn't really be an issue if you're conditioned to eat a little somethin'/somethin' every couple of hours.
Thanks, Jon!
Can't wait to get around the weights tomorrow, though. This log hasn't officially begun until I tear my callouses open.

Day 3: Chest
Weight:
216 lbs.
SUB-Q dosage:
3 bullet caplets, 10:00 a.m.; 3 bullet caplets, 4:00 p.m.
Cardio:
30 mins., elliptical, moderate intensity every .25 miles.
Chest:
Nautilus decline press
15,10,10,8,8,15
Pec-deck flyes (elbows at 90 degrees)
10,10,10
Nautilus incline press
10,10,10
Pec-deck flyes (arms straight)
10,10,10
Dips
10,10,10
Second session cardio:
Farmer's walks, 60 lb. DBs, 1/4 mile.
Notes:
The reason for this layout is that I focus on a specific section of the chest for 6 sets and then compliment that with another chest movement and use the pec-deck for stretching purposes.
As an example, today was a main focus on the decline press, with incline serving as an auxillary. Next chest session, main focus will be on the incline, with a DB flat bench serving as the auxillary, and so on and so forth.
Decent energy today, but I wasn't overwhelmed like I would have preferred.
I opted to take the SUB-Q as close to my gym time as possible but still allowing me time to get a dose in 6 hours later without ultimately preventing me from getting to sleep tonight.
Next on the menu:
Might be heading in to do back/traps tomorrow, if not on Friday.

I would still suggest about 30 minutes before your morning meal. You're waking up in a fasted state and it's going to hit you a little better on the energy side... even if you're training late morning. But I know... we have that gastric issues that have to be ironed out with one of the ingredients. I'm confident your body will adjust to this.
