So you cherry picked a few games out of 32 and listed a few AB's and that proves he isn't a tough out/clutch when it counts? How do you know there were even any clutch situations in those games you listed? You are just throwing bull**** out there.
brb listing a few games and posting overall BA to prove a player sucks when it counts during the post season.

Every post season at bat he has had the past two seasons? Please list how many runners were on, what inning it was, and what the score was during all those AB's you listed. Oh wait you want to assume those were all clutch situations and count those stats accordingly right? Please explain your logic in constantly wanting to count non clutch situations when evaluating if a player is clutch or not.
I'm basing it on watching him play the past five years. He has always given pitchers tough AB's when it counts. He has had numerous clutch hits.

In his ABs he either didn't get a hit or an RBI and in many of the games his team lost. So, the situations weren't exactly clutch, or if they did he didn't come through since he didn't get RBIs.
How about you come out and show all of us where he WAS clutch, since you're so poisitive he's come up big in the postseason. What are YOU using?
I think it's hard to be clutch without very many RBIs and batting .250.......

And an average one too. The Red Wings only finished more than 6 games over .500 once since they became the Twins affiliate in 2003. Although we did get the wild card spot and lose in the Governor's Cup finals that year (2006).

I'm mad that Justin Morneau played 143 games with the Red Wings in 2003-2004, and I don't remember him at all. I do remember Liriano pitching back before he got injured. He was a beast then.1

I'm watching, and I'm liking.....Let's hope Burnett has a strong outing tomorrow (7+ innings, 1 or 2 runs would be stellar).
