Jealous of you at home lifters workout crew. I'm stuck with having to go to 24 hour fitness in South Orange County... Irvine Spectrum. **** is out control after work at 6-7. It's like a giant fashion show and a walking chemistry lab.
Thankfully I have my headphones and Glycofuse to get it done and get the hell out. I have to try so hard to stay focused and block all that crap out. At least I'm still going though..

Ben is an awesome guy! I went back and listened to a couple podcasts he was on. Very down to earth, very smart.
They have really turned into my primary supplement brand of choice. Sure, higher price point but by far better products than 99% of the companies out there.
Volugen
Prime
Nutrigen
REM
All the #1 supplement on the market in their respective categories
Synthegen is fantastic tasting and profile. I just don't say #1 because a couple other formulas out there are close to theirs.
Protogen is good but with a million protein powders out there, taste isn't #1. Profile is of high quality though.
I'll be trying Lean, Burn, and Bolic when I decide to cut. Already know Bolic will be fantastic because I was running 1/3rd the dose of Ursolic Acid and had good results. The full scientific dosing should yield better results.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

MTS Whey is legit. Profile is good to great. SOme flavors hit near the 153 to 160 calorie range though but still a solid protein. Flavors are also so so to good to great. I got the limited edition birthday cake they re-released for a limited time and like it. Also the strawberry cheesecake which is also not bad. PES still beats it out though. I actually didn't mind the ice cream sandwich but didn't find it amazing. Red Velvet Cake is a strange one to me. A few years back had a sample and loved it. Had a sample recently I ordered and found it off tasting. Cookies and Cream and Peanut Butter Cookies and cream are both great but I don't like them as much as I thought I woudl and as much as others do. Too much chocolate for me. I'd prefer more cream and more along the lines of UMP or the very missed Blue Star Milk and Cookies. Mint cookies and cream was also not bad.
Have not had any of the other flavors yet though and kind of hesitant without samples.

I read that wrong and was thinking ALA for some reason. That's one I'm really excited for! I could technically be running it right now, but I'm opting to wait until I start reducing my calories and transition into a cut.
Set myself up very nicely for a cut with a very relaxed diet, stims only 2 days a week, and haven't touched Bronkaid in months.....unlike Rob....bronkaid err dayProgressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

lol I know, they're just so intrusive.
Last week a guy had the nerve to tell me to stop deadlifting, repeatedly, bc I'm gonna "hurt my back".
Two days later another one is unracking his squat rack, trys to take all the weight off one side first, the other side comes crashing down inches away from my feet, almost took me out.
This morning a guy try's to set up to deadlift....directly behind me on the same platform I'm using to squat. Meanwhile there's ton's of open space around to deadlift, not to mention the FREE SQUAT RACK not meters away. The guy just had to be beside his girlfriend in the rack next to me...then they left without unracking their weights.
I end up acting like a total dick to these people, and feel like an ass afterwards...but I have a hard time staying level headed when people who don't know what they're doing are telling me how to train, invading my space, and almost taking me out at the feet with their negligence.
I was surprised too. It's about twice as busy as it was before Jan hit. Can't wait for it to die down again.Squat and Deadlift
